Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

Return Request
To start a return, simply record photos/videos of the item(s) you wish to return and send it to us via WhatsApp at +91 9152621474 or at viteaselivin@gmail.com. Our returns team will then review the media you have sent and notify you of your return status

If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange for a return pick-up within 24 hours and you will be notified of the same through our official WhatsApp channel. Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, we will run a quality check. If the quality check is approved, a refund will be processed instantly.

If your item(s) do not pass the quality check, unfortunately, no refund can be provided in such a case. Return requests raised without attaching the media clearly showing the item(s) current condition will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at viteaselivin@gmail.com.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and no pick-up has been arranged, please contact us.

Missing Item(s), Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is missing, defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right instantly.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like used goods (such as food containers, food utensils) , custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale or complimentary item(s).

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your refund to reflect in your bank account as bank processes or credit card companies vary differently.
